New affordable housing proposed in Bunessan!

We are very excited that, after working with them for a number of years, West Highland Housing Association are looking into the feasibility of developing up to 6 new build properties at Ardmeanach View in Bunessan.
Various types and sizes of houses are being considered at this early stage, dependent on identified demand/need: including 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed properties, and these could be built for social rent, for purchase through the New Supply Shared Equity scheme (to find out more, please click the link below), or for mid-market rent.
As part of the feasibility study a survey has been created that we are asking everyone to complete, to help us gather accurate information about housing need in the South West Mull area.

The survey closes on Sunday 10th December.
A drop-in meeting is planned for late January.
