We had a great response to our housing needs survey for the proposed West Highland Housing Association (WHHA) development in Bunessan. The next step is a meeting to be held at Bunessan Hall on Monday 5th February from 2.30pm to 5.30pm (rescheduled from Wednesday 24th January).
Even if you have already filled in the survey, it is really important that you attend this meeting if you are interested in applying for a property at the proposed development at Ardmeanach View. Various types and sizes of houses are being considered including 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed properties, and these could be built for social rent, for purchase through the New Supply Shared Equity scheme (to find information on this please click this link - New Supply Shared Equity), or for mid-market rent.
At the meeting you will have the opportunity to speak with Brett Sadler, the CEO of West Highland Housing Association, and Ewan Macdonald of Macdonald & Cameron (Project Managers for WHHA). They will be explaining about the application and allocation process, giving more information about the New Supply Shared Equity Scheme, and refining their data on the potential housing mix that is needed in Bunessan.
No need to book! Just drop in between those times.
